About the Artist

Welcome to my website and thank you for your interest!!  I’m so grateful that I get to share my enthusiasm for art.  If you see something here which is no longer available, please contact me as I may have prints or giclees.  If you have a desire for a custom heirloom portrait or landscape for your home, let’s collaborate. I love talking about art and learning about you!

Originally from Lafayette Louisiana, I’ve led my life brimming with creative energy!  As a child, my rich Cajun French Heritage with its’ unique cuisine, music, and dance, as well as my exploration of bayous, marshes and the coast, have always provided wonderful artistic inspiration. Drawing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I have been painting for over 20 years and am thrilled to be able to paint full time now!  I enjoy painting oil and pastel portraits, landscapes and costal scapes in my new studio in Foley, Alabama.  Kayaking the Alabama/Florida coastline also provides the opportunity to paint on site with encouragement from my Golden Doodle…who never met an oyster shell she didn’t like!!!

I hope my work will find you, the viewer, compelled to look at it over and over again…provoking a response that is both passionate and soulful.  Meander on this creative path with me, won’t you?
